Operation Healthy Family was awarded a Community Resilience Grant from Better Health Together to help fund Emmanuel Fitness. The grant was written to help keep young people healthy especially those of color and/or living in poverty, while connecting them with on the job training opportunities in the community.  Emmanuel Fitness believes in helping families go from dependency to self-sufficiency and it starts with our youth!

Emmanuel Fitness is located in South Perry in the Emmanuel Family Life Center, at 631 S. Richard Allen Court.  We offer a full court Basketball Gym, Fully Equipped Weight Room, Dr. Dish Shooting Machines and Vertimax EX Machine.  Vertimax is the most effective vertical jump training system in the world because it allows an athlete to maximize both explosive leg power and arm swing velocity to maximize the vertical lift component which leads to superior vertical jump performance gains.

 

Our prices are very affordable, and we offer one-on-one and group trainings for boys and girls from Middle School to the Collegiate level who are looking to excel in their performance on the field and/or court. We also offer beginners basketball skills training for youth in 1st-6th that includes shooting and dribbling.

$150 Membership (includes):

• UNLIMITED access to our facility (Dr. Dish Shooting Machine sessions, weight room and Vertimax EX Training). 

• 1 complimentary Emmanuel Fitness Center T-Shirt

• 50% of Camps and Clinics hosted by Emmanuel Fitness
